Okay, so the title kind of gave away my big reveal. But, I’m seriously obsessed with Traveler’s Notebooks. Over the months the Erin Condren Life Planer was great for me, but I didn’t like how it wasn’t customizable as far as the sections and pages, so I was still trying to find planner peace.
The Traveler’s Notebook started out with Midori. People absolutely love them!
However, I really am an A5/A6 girl so the dimensions of extra tall and narrow really bother me. Since the Midori, there have been tonnnnns of different Traveler’s Notebooks made. Leather, cloth, vegan friendly, eco friendly, and more. I love them all.
As I fell down the Traveler’s Notebook rabbit hole, I discovered Foxy Fix. They started out on Etsy and tripled in size unexpectedly this past November. Now they’re booming. Since they opened up, I’ve gotten several of them. The thing I love most about them is the leather and customization. Plus TNs in general are incredibly customizable with accessories and inserts. Here are some pictures of my current setup.
I love, love, love it. This is a Sugar (type of leather) Icing (color of leather) no. 2 (pocket/FN sized). I did buy it pre-loved, so there is another person’s initials embossed on it, but that doesn’t really bother me. I currently I have 3 more Foxy Fixes on the way! I’m addicted! The elastics are replaceable, you can add pockets, and all kinds of inserts! Most of my inserts are Moleskines or Field Notes like these guys:
I personally prefer Moleskine, but that’s my preference. What I love most about Moleskine is that they have soooo many different options! I’ve been doing some watercolor lately, and Moleskine makes watercolor inserts! Totally convenient.
People also buy all kinds of charms and accessories for their Traveler’s Notebooks. I’ll keep you posted on my upcoming TN projects, I can’t wait to share them with you! In the mean time, make sure you check out Foxy Fix for their Traveler’s Notebooks. The quality is amazing and they’re US made! My favorite leather is the Sugar! Stay tuned for a closer look into my Foxys!
Until next time!
